Whitelist is a permission which grants the user the ability to use !show freely in chat. - This permission is earned, not asked for. Room staff will access your trustworthiness based on your activity in the room, as well as the content of your posts and award whitelist accordingly.
To gain access to this command, you must:
Be a good presence in the room.
Display your art semi-frequently.
How do I use !show?
The command usage for this is !show [image url], [optional description]. Images that you display with this command must be a direct link. Here are more details on direct links:
Typically end in .jpg or .png
Will lead to only the image when opened in a separate tab.
Can typically be obtained by right clicking an image and selecting “View Image” and then copy/pasting the URL.
The .link command is only for you to link your artwork and tutorials / references (with the source). If you abuse this privilege, your permission will be revoked. Examples of abusing this command includes, but not limited to:
Using !show for unintended purposes. (Don't break PS! and A&C rules.)
Using !show to show art that isn't yours (and without source). Art theft is a serious offense and is not allowed in this room.
Using !show to shame other people. This includes using art from other artists on the web.
Using !show to disrupt the current discussion in the room. (We know you want to show your artwork, but please wait until the discussion is over to do it, so you don't anger other users by changing the topic.)
Can I get re-whitelisted after my permission got revoked?
You can. But you must prove to us once again that you and your artwork are trustworthy to regain the permission.
